Close to the town of Bromsgrove, Appletrees is situated in a tranquil location in Catshill, which has a Post Office, shop, garage/paper shop and pub. We also welcome residents from Bromsgrove and Worcestershire.

We promote a comfortable homely atmosphere with an open-house policy enabling family and friends to visit as often, and for as long, as they wish. We have fully staffed laundry and catering facilities with home made food, cooked with fresh ingredients, being available throughout the day.

Facilities

At Appletrees Nursing Home we provide nursing care, elderly care services and dementia care of the highest standard  to 44 older people, usually aged 60 and above. Bedrooms are pleasant, being decorative, spacious and individual in character with splendid views.

We have three lounges, a reminisence room and spacious dining room giving plenty of space for the residents to relax and enjoy the activities we provide.

We also offer double or twin rooms to cater for married couples.

We also benefit from a safe, sheltered garden in which to laze away summer days.

Professional nursing home, care of the elderly, respite care, EMI, day care, specialist dementia care, short-term care and holiday care services, challenging behaviour and complex needs care.

Among the services provided are; visiting entertainers; open visiting times; visiting hairdresser; physiotherapist (on request); state chiropodist; visiting Vicar for communion and pastoral advice; shopping trips on request; visiting library, recreational facilities and visiting G.P.
